We have now had rejuvenation for Taipa Area School
participants. My next aim is to contact
those participants from all of the schools that have rejuvenated that were not
able to come to the rejuvenation at the school and try to get them done individually. If you know any fellow graduates that have
missed out please ask them to contact me and I will sort them out with a WOF to
update their PC and if they complete an online survey for me they will go in
the draw to win a digital camera. Kaingaroa
School will be having their Rejuvenation on the 29th of June and we
are in the process of confirming a date for TKKM o Pukemiro. Once they are completed we will then move on
to the schools under the DLC11-12 budget in the Kaikohe area.
Rangiawhia are well underway with their training with great
attendance to the classes. They are
gearing up for graduation on the 29th of June at 9:30 am at the Kura. The invitations have been sent, please come
along and support the whanau.
Don’t forget that Stepping UP is available now in the Kaikohe area
through Te Kotahitanga E Mahi Kaha Trust and Tautoro School and now at
Mangamuka School. This is free 10 hour
training consisting of four 2.5 hour classes with a variety of topics to suit
the student. I aim to get this set up in
the Taipa/Mangonui area next so it will be available to a wider range of
people.
